The DataBird has a release hook at the tail so that it can release
before the balloon bursts. The user can specify the conditions that it
should release at. Choices being;
- Altitude release - the DataBird will release when the specific altitude is reached.
- Timed release - with this option the DataBird will release at the specified time after it has been launched.
- Out-of-Range release - at the point when no more landing sites are within flying range
the plane will release. An additional options allows it to bridge between sites to avoid early release.
