GPS Boomerang is dedicated to developing and providing
robust, reliable, cost-effective unmanned aircraft and other
solutions for collecting and recovering atmospheric data. We create and improve our products in close liaison with customers and
equipment manufacturers, and strive to accommodate special requests.
How it began...
Of what Synco Reynders originally
considered a hobby soon gained interest from scientists and research
organisations internationally. With many years experience flying
full-size and model gliders, Synco had created and demonstrated
that it was possible to fly mini-gliders
using GPS signals alone. This evolved to what is known as the DataBird,
the
initial product of such ingenuity. Five years later, the SmartBird product was released.
